Courageous Steps for Parkinson's Mission Statement:

Our mission is to raise awareness and the much needed funding for Parkinson's disease. We strive to help all those that are affected by PD.

What is Courageous Steps for Parkinson's?

Courageous Steps for Parkinson’s is a 501(c)(3), local non-profit organization based in Brecksville, Ohio, just south of Cleveland. Our members have all been touched by PD in some way. The group is willing to take the small steps that have and will continue to result in huge strides. Our largest event each year is our annual step-a-thon. We understand that together we can and will make a difference!

When was CSFP founded?

Courageous Steps for Parkinson's was founded in October 2005. Found on the love of family, the hope for all that battle this disease is what keeps our efforts strong. We want to help all that battle against Parkinson's disease.

Where has CSFP donated raised funds?

Since our beginnings, we have raised over $70,000 for Parkinson's. 90% of the funds that CSFP has raised in the past years have been donated to several Parkinson Fighting teams. Recipients include:

How can I volunteer?

Our group is currently looking for volunteers and members at every level. You can learn of how you can make a difference within the PD community by becoming a Parkinson's Fighter Volunteer with Courageous Steps for Parkinson's today! Help us prepare for the 3rd anual walk on Saturday Septemebr 25, 2010 and join us ar our board meetings every last Monday night of the month.
